  • Professional Services: Consulting and training services are delivered as per the agreed scope of work.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our Services with reasonable notice to affected customers.

7. Payments and Billing

  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Adinocs Healthcare, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate these Terms with written notice as specified in your service agreement. Upon termination, your access to the Services will be revoked, and we will provide a reasonable period to retrieve your data. Termination does not affect accrued rights or obligations.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through our website. Continued use of our Services after changes constitute acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
